Abstract
This Act deals with inflammable Liquids and Substances which are prohibited from imports, trans-shipped or kept. (Section 2).
Under section 3, the President may make regulations restricting and regulating the imports and storage etc of such substances and has other wide powers of prescribing a system of registration for storage, providing notice, conditions which are to be met amongst others.
