Training has been organized for the scientists and technicians in the following fields :
- phytosanitary control of agricultural products at port and airports
- experimentation and quality control of phytopharmaceutical products
- management and use of the website in each country.
The PRPV brings support and advice to the IOC countries :
- for the preparation and dissemination of technical leaflets
- by organising regional seminars (for example on the quality of horticultural products in 2004)
- by a direct support to those attending international forums.
